Q: What percentage Sterling Silver are silverlocketshop lockets made from?
A: All our lockets and chains are top quality 92.5% sterling silver.
Q: How long does it take for my locket to be delivered?
A: This depends on the shipping address postage option chosen; please see our SHIPPING page.
Generally speaking though, we will make sure you receive your locket as soon as possible.
Q: Does Silver Locket Shop accept any forms of payment other than credit card?
A: Yes. You can email us at silverlocketshop@hotmail.com and we can arrange to accept payment by personal cheque, money order, or internet banking transfer. (Please note that this may delay delivery time of your purchase.)
Q: Do you have an exchange policy?
A: Yes.
Exchange Policy
On the condition that the item is out of stock or arrives broken, we
offer an item replacement guarantee on all merchandise
less shipping costs. Simply email us, and we will offer you the choice of another locket between the value of the original locket and up to $10 more, at no extra cost to you. The original locket must be returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be made in a sturdy box. Returns sent in envelopes or padded envelopes will be refused due to potential for crushing damage during transit. Returns
after 30 days are at the sole discretion of Silver Locket Shop and
may be subject to restocking fees of 5% or more. Items damaged in transit during return are
the customer's responsibility.
